How does the repayment process work?
Once you graduate from an accredited Diesel Technology Program with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, you can receive full-time employment with H&R Agri-Power. As a full-time employee, we will reimburse you over a 5 year period while you are gaining on-the-job experience.
What type of equipment will I be working on?
H&R Agri-Power is a Case IH equipment dealer. You will work on a variety of farm equipment, landscaping and lawn care equipment and diesel trucks.
What will my compensation be?
Your hourly wage will be based upon many factors which include, but are not limited to, experience, academic performance, cost of living factors and others. As a participant in the organization's career path efforts, you will have the opportunity to advance your skill set, performance, and compensation throughout your career.
What are the requirements for the program?
GPA - Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) and have acceptable attendance.
SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS - Must provide a copy of transcript after each semester or quarter.
STUDENT OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCES - Must complete all required student occupational experiences required by the program.
REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS - Must provide final transcript AND provide graduation certificate.
CNH TRAINING - Must actively work on CNH certifications while in school.
